HS is looking for a few good clients with great old buildings. These clients need to redo, renew, or reuse a historic property in their community. Or maybe they’d like to construct a new building that blends seamlessly with its historic neighbors. Perhaps these clients need a persuader who can influence policymakers to preserve rather than destroy historic buildings. If they do need historic documentation it may go in several directions and an early consultation is necessary to determine what level may be needed.

The clients I seek are people who ...

  • Are dedicated to the success of their project.
  • Recognize that their project has value to the greater community
  • Understand that all projects are a group effort (contractor, owner, design team, and user group)
  • Appreciate that “sustainability” begins with preservation.

I have designed many wonderful projects during my 40-year career as an architect — large and small, award - winning and challenging. Now I ’d like to share my passion and expertise with a few good clients. If you are one of the clients I seek, contact me.
